:سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

معاينة الطلب -

يمكن للعميل معاينة الطلب قبل الاستلام بحضور مندوب الشحن، للتأكد من جودة المنتج والمقاس المطلوب.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال -

في حال وجود عيوب تصنيع أو عدم مناسبة المنتج، يمكن استرجاعه فورًا مع المندوب، مع دفع رسوم الشحن فقط.

ملاحظة: لا يُقبل أي استبدال أو استرجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب.

الاستلام -

يُرجى استلام الطلب شخصيًا وعدم تفويض أي شخص آخر نيابة عنكم.

ملاحظات هامة -

المنتجات الهاند ميد لا يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها.

لا يتم فتح الطلبات الهاند ميد أثناء تواجد المندوب.

يجب دفع المبلغ كاملًا مقدمًا قبل استلام الطلب.

يرجى التأكد من اختيار المقاس المناسب من جدول المقاسات قبل إتمام الطلب.

Return & Exchange Policy :

- Order Inspection

Customers can inspect their order before receiving it in the presence of the delivery representative to ensure product quality and the correct size.

- Returns & Exchanges

If there are manufacturing defects or if the product is not suitable, it can be returned immediately with the delivery representative, with only the shipping fee applicable.

Note: No returns or exchanges are accepted after the delivery representative leaves.

- Order Pickup

Customers are requested to receive their orders personally and not authorize anyone else to pick up on their behalf.

- Important Notes 

Handmade products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Handmade orders are not opened in the presence of the delivery representative.

Full payment must be made in advance before receiving the order.

Please ensure you select the correct size from the size chart before placing your order.
